Payment Term:

All orders require payment in full prior to shipping. We accept payment by any of the following methods:

PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, & Discover.

If Payment rejected due to insufficient funds, incorrect billing information or suspected fraud , the order will not be shipped under any circumstance. We reserve the right to cancel any transaction or perform additional verification at our discretion.

Shipping Term:

We offer FREE shipping on most of orders within the continental 48 U.S. States only! Alaska, Hawaii, US , APO/FPO/PO Box will charge additional shipping cost.  Orders with clear payment will be shipped out within 1-2 business days. We ship via UPS, FedEx, FedEx Smartpost and USPS based on the destination. Order tracking information will be provided once the item has shipped.

Please provide a physical street address if possible. Many items cannot be shipped to PO Box address. Order maybe delayed if a physcial address is not provided. 

Expedited shipping is available for most items and we will contact you within 24 hours if an item cannot be expedited.

In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, then WE are responsible and will issue either a full refund or replacement.

International Buyers:

International Buyers are responsible for import duties taxes and charges. These are not included in the price or shipping/handing. Please check with your country's customs office to determine the cost before purchase/buying. Shipping and handing are non-refundable. Please contact us regards any shipping cost question before purchase/buying.

Return/Exchange Policy:

All products qualify for returns within 30 days of receipt. Please email us before return your purchsae.  Any unauthorized returns may not be accepted. If customer is not 100% satisfied with the purchase, customer may return the item at customer's expenses to one of our fulfillment center for a full refund. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.

Damage Claim Policy:

If the item is damaged, broken or incorrect, please contact us via ebay message/email within 7 days to exchange the item for another one or similar item.  All replacement unit or parts are based on product availability.
